更强的符文壁垒

The Runic Bulwark ultimate holds a 15 percent chance on perfect block to apply a random hex to any enemy, personally i thought 15 percent was too low so i created a few files for increasing the percentage chance to apply the hex making the ultimate slightly more worth it compared to other ultimates in the game.

Note

While this mod changes the proc chance of the Runic bulwark perk it does not edit the skill description of the perk this means in the skill tree Runic Bulwark will still claim to only have a 15 percent chance to proc but this is incorrect i have tested the 100 percent version and it applied a hex to enemies every single time i perfect blocked

-- Install -- Unpack the three files named "runic_bulwark_XX_P" into your "~mods" directory
