To be honest, it's a Texture swap, nothing major. It's essentially the original brown coat with a different undergarment, the pants are dark black, and the boots are a darker shade of brown and navy grey instead of green. Hopefully more to come (if bad actors don't continue their harassment)

[center]1. Open OpenIV and navigate to: \GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\playerped.rpf[/center]

[center]2. Enable Edit Mode in OpenIV.[/center]

[center]3. Replace the following files inside playerped.rpf with the ones provided in this mod:[/center]

[center]lowr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd[/center]
[center]uppr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd[/center]

[center]4. close OpenIV, and launch the game.[/center]
