Slower XP Curve - 0.75x or 0.65x Experience

Levels cost more, so all your experience is worth less and the climb takes longer. It works on the level curve rather than on rewards, so missions, tasks, scans and kills are all slowed by the same amount. 0.75x and 0.65x versions.
