Cosmoloid CB (Charge Blade) Floating Blade

Added an additional floating sword for Cosmoloid CB (Charge Blade). I like how the weapon initially looks in axe mode, but the torch in sword and shield mode is not very good. The flying guard of the sword was also removed, without it it is symmetrical and I like it more.
