This will add a player-owned castle/mansion north of Skingrad, called Varlenhold.

Features:
A fully furnished castle owned by the player, including:

A grand hall
Private quarters
Dungeons (with hidden areas!)
Servant quarters
Library
Wine cellar (with secret areas!)
Large staircase with alchemy room
Accessible tower for controlling weather forces.
Defeat the bandits before you can take residence in the castle
Stables for resting your warhorse
Training room where you can summon enemies
Use necromancy to summon your own minions!

Ample storage for your items exists, with specialized storage for alchemical materials near the alchemy lab.
